Frequently asked questions
How do I increase the number?
Tap + at the top right and purchase +1, +10, or +100. Purchases accumulate. The purchase screen shows the price. Each purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription.
What if a purchase is missing or I reinstall the app?
Use the same App Store account you used to purchase, then choose "Sync purchases" in the + screen or About screen. The number is recalculated from purchase history available from Apple. Fetching that history may take time depending on your connection.
What if products do not load?
Check your internet connection and App Store sign-in, then tap "Try again" in the + screen. If the issue continues, contact us with the message shown in the app.
How do I use widgets?
Choose NUMBER when adding a Home Screen or Lock Screen widget. iOS controls widget refresh timing, so a change in the app may not appear immediately in the widget.
How do I share an image of my number?
Tap the share button at the top to share an image with a subtle NUMBER watermark. Choose X or another destination from the system share sheet.
